Agriturismo Ables - Valfurva

Too bad. After a beautiful walk under the sun we thought to get to the farm and relax in the cool for lunch, but apart from some beach umbrella the rest of the seats is placed on table under the gazebo covered with plastic. Greenhouse effect! A terrible heat! We had lunch and ran into the woods. Too bad, we loved food.

From St. Catherine the path leads to the farm with about 500 mt of pleasant altitude difference in the wood. Upon arrival we were greeted by 4 goats, a series of wonderful kittens of 2 months with mom, various sweet dogs, geese, hens...a real Arca di Noè!!! But what will leave you speechless is the highest quality of strictly homemade cuisine, from alpine cheeses, taragna polenta and...funghi porcini never tasted so tasty!!! Meat and sausage grilled and exquisite welcome of the owners!!! Do not miss a gastronomic tour from them if you are here!! !

We found ourselves there at the end of the planned excursion for that day. All very good, kind staff, good prices. It's a farm so the dishes are limited but absolutely delicious. I think with a prior reservation you can agree different dishes.

After a nice discarded you stop to eat in this farm with a wonderful view and with great food, the kind welcome and very helpful
