Almost 20 minutes wait here and watch people coming in after get their orders. as people who are going up, may wait 5 minutes and with fresh pizza. extra unacceptable.

This restaurant really needs new management or a change in ownership. I know it's just pizza, but if you can't deliver on your promises, then don't offer those items at all. For example, I ordered a pizza for a 12:45 PM pickup at 11:00 AM, which should have been plenty of time. However, when we arrived at 12:50 PM, the pizza wasn't even in the oven. When I inquired about it, the cashier simply said "sorry." Since I had prepaid, I ended up waiting until after 1:01 PM for my order. The cashier saw me waiting but didn’t communicate anything until she placed it in the pickup area for me to grab using my number. Seriously? I understand that times are tough for everyone, but management should realize that their staff could use some support during busy periods. There were customers coming in and out, and it makes me think about the losses over time. A little teamwork could go a long way. I would suggest looking elsewhere for better service, unless all locations are under the same ownership.
